I had a harder time than expected finding the right filter on filterheads.com. Compared to most shopping sites I use, the search and categories felt a bit clunky, and I ended up clicking around way more than I wanted to.

Checkout did work in the end, so it wasn’t a total mess, but the site feels dated and not as smooth as others. It would be a lot better if the navigation was simpler and easier to follow.

The video was somewhat helpful, but I still got confused during installation and had to rewatch it twice. It worked out in the end, but clearer instructions would’ve saved me some time and frustration.

I got exactly what I ordered, which is all I was hoping for. The furnace filters matched the size and quantity I needed, and there weren’t any mix-ups. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but in my opinion it was worth it since everything arrived correctly...

I took off one star just because the update email came a little late, but overall I don’t really have any complaints.

Customer service took longer than I expected to get back to me, and I ended up having to follow up myself. The response was fine once they finally replied, but the wait made the whole order more frustrating than it needed to be. it felt preventable if they had just communicated sooner. 2 stars for the response time...

The box arrived in good shape, clean and not all beat up, and everything inside looked fine too. the only issue was the timing, it showed up right when I wasn’t really able to deal with it, but that’s just how it goes sometimes

Bottom line, I’d order from filterheads.com again. My cabin filter showed up right on time, just like they said it would, and the whole delivery process was smooth.

I’d expected it to take a little longer, but it arrived before the weekend, so I was able to swap it out when I had time. Tracking was simple to follow, and there were no weird delays or package issues.

I ordered these filters from FilterHeads.com they fit perfectly the first time, which was a nice surprise. I don’t want to act like a water filter is some life-changing thing, but the water really does taste a lot better now. The flow is still strong too, which I almost didn’t expect because other filters I’ve used slowed things down fast. I’ve only had them in for a few weeks, so I guess it’s still early, but so far I’ve got no complaints. Happy with them, even if I wasn’t all that excited about buying filters in the first place
